Please note that for donations in excess of €250 in a calendar year, the Revenue Commissioners will refund to us this amount of income tax you have paid relevant to your net donation (for PAYE only). To avail of this please complete the following form and return to us tax_relief_for_donations_cert_may08

You can call 01 207 3800 to make a credit card donation, office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Donations will be acknowledged in writing.
You can post in your donation by downloading our Donation Form 2012 and posting it to The Alzheimer Society of Ireland.
Cheques or postal orders should be made payable to 'The Alzheimer Society of Ireland' and send to The Alzheimer Society of Ireland, National Office, Temple Road, Blackrock, Co. Dublin. All donations will be acknowledged as soon as possible by post. For security reasons, please do not send cash.
A regular donation by Direct Debit or standing order is particularly helpful. If your circumstances change and you need to cancel the standing order at any time, all you have to do is instruct your bank to cease payment. A regular donation to The Alzheimer Society of Ireland is just a pledge to help while you can. All you need to do is print off the donation form, fill in the relevant section and post it to The Alzheimer Society of Ireland.
