Make a Donation

The Society is most grateful to accept contributions of any magnitude. If not for your generosity, we could not continue our work with people with dementia and their carers.

Please note that for donations in excess of €250 in a calendar year, the Revenue Commissioners will refund to us this amount of income tax you have paid relevant to your net donation.

You Can Donate in a number of ways:

Online
For a safe, secure and easy way to donate, go to our on-line donation page.

By phone
You can call 01 207 3800 to make a credit card donation, office hours are Monday to Friday, 10 am to 5pm. Donations will be acknowledged in writing.

By post
Print our Donation Form and post it to the Society:

Cheques or postal orders should be made payable to 'The Alzheimer Society of Ireland' and send to The Alzheimer Society of Ireland, National Office, Temple Road, Blackrock, Co. Dublin. All donations will be acknowledged as soon as possible by post. For security reasons, please do not send cash.

A regular donation by standing order is particularly helpful. If your circumstances change and you need to cancel the standing order at any time, all you have to do is instruct your bank to cease payment. A standing order to the Society is just a pledge to help while you can. All you need to do is print off the donation form and fill the Banker’s Order Form section and post it to the Society.

In memory of ...
Making a donation to the Alzheimer's Society in memory of a loved one is a very special way to remember them.

Your gift will provide help and support to people affected by Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.

In lieu of …
If you are arranging a funeral and would like mourners to make a donation to the Alzheimer Society in lieu of flowers, then you should discuss this wish with the Funeral Director who will be able to make all the relevant arrangements with us.

Pay as you Earn
If your employer operates a pay-roll giving scheme, you can make a donation to the Alzheimer Society of Ireland straight from your salary. If there is no such scheme in operation at your place of work, perhaps you cold suggest that one could be introduced.

Remember Us in Your Will
You may consider remembering the Alzheimer Society of Ireland in your will. We are respectfully grateful for your generosity and thank you for remembering us.
