This is Siobhan's perspective on how it might feel to have Alzheimer's disease ...

I'm on holiday, and

I'm so angry,

They left me by myself,

Why did they do this to me?

They know I don't speak the foreign language,

That the natives speak.

I can't see anyone I know,

Why have they deserted me?

I feel sad and lonely now,

I think I'm going to cry!

I wish they had not left me,

ALL BY MYSELF!

I'm never going on a foreign holiday again,

Well not with them anyway,

Because,

If I go with them again,

I'll be left,

ALL BY MYSELF!
