Run-A-Muck Challenge

The Run-A-Muck challenge is a little different to your usual 5km run. It's a cross country running event that will take place in Clonkeeran House, Co. Kildare on 3rd March 2012.

It is held over a wet and mucky course with various man made and natural obstacles including bale "jumps", net scrambles, tarzan swings, bridges, super slides, ditches, streams, tyres and tunnels.
It is designed to test your mental and physical strength, and to leave you with a great big grin on your face!
